3 Station Busbar Machine

Our 3 Station Busbar Machine combines punching, shearing, and bending in one compact unit. Each station runs on its own independent hydraulic power pack and motor. This means three workers can operate the three stations at the same time with no interference. For smaller orders, one worker can use any single station while the others stay on standby. For switchgear, transformer, and new energy connector manufacturers, this machine cuts down material handling and setup time between operations.

We have manufactured busbar processing equipment for over 20 years. Our R&D team spent time talking with customers about their daily production challenges. Many small and medium panel builders told us they need a machine with full functionality but a small footprint. The 3 Station Busbar Machine was designed around this need. The compact frame holds three independently controlled stations. Hundreds of electrical equipment manufacturers across China now use this model. Some have been reordering for more than ten years. We shipped our first busbar machine to Egypt in 2008. Since then, this 3 Station Busbar Machine has gone to India, Russia, Mexico, and other markets. We do not simply assemble parts from suppliers. We match the hydraulic system, die structures, and electrical controls ourselves. Every machine runs a full-load test before it leaves our workshop.
