CNC Positioning for Accurate Cutting and Punching

The 3 Station CNC Punching Shear Machine is an upgrade from our standard punching shear model. It adds CNC positioning and automatic length measurement. On traditional punching shear machines, operators measure each busbar length manually and position it at the shearing station by hand. This process is slow and leads to inconsistent dimensions. On this CNC model, we installed a servo-driven automatic feeding and length positioning system. Operators enter the required shearing length and punching spacing on the touchscreen. The system feeds the busbar to the correct position and executes the shearing or punching operation automatically. The punching station and shearing station each have independent power packs. They can work separately or together with the automatic feeding system for continuous operation. The 3 Station CNC Punching Shear Machine delivers consistent results.

Programmable Modes for Complex Workpieces

This machine has a very useful feature: segmented programming mode. For example, if you need to process a busbar with mounting holes at different spacing, the traditional method requires marking each hole position manually. On the CNC Punching Shear Machine, you just enter each hole position into the system. The machine does the rest. We helped a panel factory in Zhejiang with a batch of 200 copper busbars. They used to need two workers for a full day on a standard machine. With the CNC Punching Shear Machine, one worker finished the entire batch in half a day. Since 2017, when we obtained direct export rights, this 3 Station CNC Punching Shear Machine has seen growing inquiry volume from overseas power engineering projects.
