The 3 Station Busbar Bending Machine is built specifically for copper and aluminum busbar bending. Unlike standard busbar machines, this unit strengthens the bending station as its core function while keeping punching and shearing as auxiliary stations. All three stations have independent hydraulic power packs. During busy periods, three workers can operate simultaneously-one bending, one punching, one shearing. If you only need to bend a few busbars on a given day, you can run just the bending station and leave the other two off. This saves power and reduces wear. For panel shops, busbar bending often involves many different angles and curves. This 3 Station Busbar Bending Machine uses a dedicated bending power pack and dual control from limit switches and a CNC positioning system. Bending angle accuracy stays within ±1°.
