The vertical cnc machine integrates three core processes: shearing, punching, and bending (vertical bending). It is specifically designed for industries such as high and low-voltage power distribution equipment, complete sets of electrical equipment, power transformers, new energy connectors, current transformers, and power fittings, focusing on the processing and forming of copper and aluminum busbars.


The machine features a maximum punching force of 350KN, a maximum shearing thickness of 12mm and width of 155mm, and a maximum bending thickness of 12mm. The punching specifications cover Φ4.3~Φ34mm. It operates on 380V, 50HZ power, with a power of 11HP. The vertical cnc machine dimensions are 1620×1130×1400mm, and it weighs approximately 1030kg.


Its performance parameters are suitable for conventional busbar processing needs. The shearing station adopts a vertical parallel upper and lower blade design, ensuring reasonable force distribution and long-term deformation resistance, resulting in clean cuts with no waste, effectively saving raw materials. The punching station is equipped with an integrated five-arm mold turntable, offering high precision and long service life. Mold changes allow for various processes including round holes, oblong holes, square holes, and chamfering.


The bending station only supports CNC mode, with built-in traditional bending, trigonometric function bending, and limit bending methods. Operation is simple and fast. Although there is no manual emergency mode, the CNC system is stable and reliable, meeting the needs of batch standardized processing. With its high cost-effectiveness and practical performance, this vertical cnc machine has been widely used in small and medium-sized electrical manufacturing enterprises, significantly improving busbar processing efficiency and accuracy, and complying with GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality system standards.
