The Heavy Duty Manual Busbar Processor is designed for large-scale and specialized busbar processing, integrating punching, shearing, and bending functions. It provides a one-stop solution for precise punching, complex bending, and surface embossing, offering an efficient solution for forming copper and aluminum busbars in high and low-voltage switchgear, substations, and other equipment.

 

The machine features a maximum punching force of 650KN, a maximum shearing thickness of 12mm and width of 260mm, a maximum bending thickness of 12mm, punching specifications from Φ4.3 to Φ34mm, operating voltage of 380V, frequency of 50HZ, and power of 13.5KW. Its dimensions are 1750×1450×1300mm, and it weighs approximately 1600kg, overcoming the processing limitations of ordinary equipment.
