The ZYCNC8-2CJ is a high-performance busbar processing platform designed around high precision and high integration, leveraging advanced CNC technology. Its innovative modular mold library management system consolidates discrete processes such as punching, shearing, and embossing into a single machine, enabling multifunctional, precise operations. This integrated approach ensures consistent high-quality results, whether processing standard holes or surface embossing.

For long busbars, the shear and punch machine supports fully programmed continuous processing, maintaining both precision and efficiency for extended workpieces. Combined with automated feeding and discharge systems, the ZYCNC8-2CJ is not only a standalone high-performance machine but also a central processing hub in modern flexible production lines.

The machine is equipped with ZYCJZ, an in-house developed software that addresses the complexity of traditional programming. It features direct CAD-to-code functionality, automatically importing CAD designs and generating machining programs, eliminating manual coding, reducing errors, and significantly improving programming efficiency.

High-rigidity linear guides and preloaded precision ball screws form the core of the drive system, ensuring backlash-free motion and rapid response. Key components, including controllers and servo units, are carefully selected from leading domestic and international brands, ensuring overall system reliability, long service life, and stable performance.

The shear and punch machine features a dual independent-clamp system with primary and secondary clamps. The two clamps work collaboratively across a maximum X-axis travel of 1900mm, dynamically compensating for minor deviations in busbar flatness. This reduces strict requirements on incoming material straightness, while fully automated clamping saves labor, enhances positioning consistency, and maintains high processing precision and repeatability.

A color touchscreen provides intuitive, graphical operation and parameter settings, enabling even new operators to quickly get started. Real-time monitoring and alarm functions allow early detection of potential issues, simplifying production preparation and process control.

A robust stainless steel discharge conveyor safely and efficiently removes finished parts, eliminating manual handling. This reduces cycle times, lowers labor intensity, and ensures consistent part quality throughout processing and transfer.

The 8-station mold library integrates high-precision shearing, punching, and specialized embossing molds. The integrated shearing module guarantees accurate, perpendicular cuts with minimal deviation, while the large-area embossing molds ensure uniform embossing depth, improving electrical contact reliability. Quick-change mold interfaces allow fast, precise mold swaps, supporting high-mix production. High-quality construction ensures long mold life, low per-part mold cost, and stable long-term processing accuracy.

The shear and punch machine's PLC, provided by Mitsubishi, delivers high-speed, stable processing, coordinating all workstations with precision.
