ZYCJZ Intelligent Programming Software
The machine is equipped with ZYCJZ, an in-house developed software that addresses the complexity of traditional programming. It features direct CAD-to-code functionality, automatically importing CAD designs and generating machining programs, eliminating manual coding, reducing errors, and significantly improving programming efficiency.
Drive and Transmission System
High-rigidity linear guides and preloaded precision ball screws form the core of the drive system, ensuring backlash-free motion and rapid response. Key components, including controllers and servo units, are carefully selected from leading domestic and international brands, ensuring overall system reliability, long service life, and stable performance.
Intelligent Clamping System
The shear and punch machine features a dual independent-clamp system with primary and secondary clamps. The two clamps work collaboratively across a maximum X-axis travel of 1900mm, dynamically compensating for minor deviations in busbar flatness. This reduces strict requirements on incoming material straightness, while fully automated clamping saves labor, enhances positioning consistency, and maintains high processing precision and repeatability.
User-Friendly Operation

Automatic Material Handling
A robust stainless steel discharge conveyor safely and efficiently removes finished parts, eliminating manual handling. This reduces cycle times, lowers labor intensity, and ensures consistent part quality throughout processing and transfer.
Modular Mold System
The 8-station mold library integrates high-precision shearing, punching, and specialized embossing molds. The integrated shearing module guarantees accurate, perpendicular cuts with minimal deviation, while the large-area embossing molds ensure uniform embossing depth, improving electrical contact reliability. Quick-change mold interfaces allow fast, precise mold swaps, supporting high-mix production. High-quality construction ensures long mold life, low per-part mold cost, and stable long-term processing accuracy.
Control Core
The shear and punch machine's PLC, provided by Mitsubishi, delivers high-speed, stable processing, coordinating all workstations with precision.
