Busbar Shearing Press

This machine is made by Zhejiang Zhongyan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is built for thick plate and wide busbar cutting. Common shearing machines cannot handle copper bars over 12 mm well. The busbar shearing press uses a press structure. It gives high shearing force. Its body is very rigid. So it can cut thick copper and aluminum bars in a stable way. The cut face is flat and smooth. It has no burr and no waste.

This model works on copper busbars and aluminum busbars. The max shearing force is 600 KN or more. The max shearing thickness is 12–16 mm. The max shearing width is 200 mm or more. The unit fits large switchgear, busway conductor bars, and transformer leads. It also fits new energy projects and power fittings. One person can operate it.
