Busbar Punching Press

This machine is made by Zhejiang Zhongyan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is designed for thick plate and high-frequency punching jobs. The busbar punching press uses a press structure. Its body is very rigid. Its punching force is large. So it can process copper and aluminum busbars of 12 mm or thicker. In large switchgear and high-current busway production, thick copper bar punching often faces problems. Hole accuracy is hard to keep. Hole position may shift. This press is built for these jobs.

This model works on copper busbars and aluminum busbars. The max punching force is 600 KN. The max processing thickness is 3–16 mm. The max processing width is 15–200 mm. The throat depth is 110 mm or more. The hole range is Φ4.3 mm to Φ35 mm. The mold setup decides the exact range. The unit fits large switchgear, busways, and transformer leads. It also fits power fittings and new energy projects. One person can operate it.
