Busbar Bending Press

This machine is made by Zhejiang Zhongyan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is designed for thick and wide busbars. The busbar bending press uses a press structure. It gives higher bending force. Its body is more rigid. So it can process thicker and wider copper and aluminum busbars. Common bending machines cannot handle these jobs well. This press solves that problem.

This model works on copper busbars and aluminum busbars. It does flat bending and vertical bending. The max bending force is 300 KN or more. The max bending thickness is 12–16 mm. The max bending width is 150 mm or more. The unit fits large switchgear, high-current busways, and large transformers. It also fits power engineering and new energy projects. One person can operate it.
