Busbar Processing Machine Safety Operation

Before Operation
1. Before initial operation, fill the oil tank with oil to prevent damage to the oil pump.

2. Carefully read this instruction manual to familiarize yourself with the machine's structure, performance, and operating methods.

3. Do not operate the machine while wearing a scarf or overcoat.

4. Use correct operating methods to ensure a quick stop and escape from danger in case of malfunction.

5. If the ambient temperature is below 0℃, run the machine idle for a few minutes before operation.

During Operation
1. Mounting, adjusting (die alignment, blade clearance) or disassembling the die must be performed by personnel familiar with the machine according to the prescribed procedures.

2. When the machine is operating normally, never place your hands or any part of your body between the upper and lower dies (blades) to avoid accidents.

3. Do not place any debris or tools on the worktable to prevent them from being crushed into the die or blade edge, causing an accident.

4. Because this machine can be operated by multiple people, a designated person must be responsible for directing production.

5. The clearance between the shearing blade and the die, as well as the bending radius, must be selected according to the thickness of the copper (or aluminum) busbar.

6. The machine must be stopped when changing dies to avoid danger.

7. Care must be taken when holding the workpiece and waiting for the slide to descend during operation.

8. The sharpness of the blades and die edges should be checked regularly. If the edges become dull, they should be sharpened or replaced promptly.

9. Keep the oil clean and the oil lines clear. Lubricate all moving parts of each unit every shift.

10. Electrical and hydraulic components must be guaranteed to operate flexibly and be in the correct position. If any abnormal phenomena are found, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection.

After Operation
After operation, the machine must be shut down safely in the following order:

(1) Turn off the working buttons of each unit.

(2) Turn off the power switch on the control panel.

(3) Turn off the main circuit air switch.

(4) Turn off the workshop power switch.
